The Premiere Cheesesteak Franchise Hits Growth Milestone

Recently, QSR Magazine, one of the premiere publications in the industry, highlighted a major milestone with Charleys Cheesesteak and Wings’ 100th location since launching just five years ago.
“Historically, Charleys stores were located within mall food courts. Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings expanded the brand outside of malls into free-standing and strip center units,” QSR Magazine wrote. “Along with the extended menu offerings, the latest cheesesteak and chicken wing locations have also brought fresh design elements to the stores.”
The opening of Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings is a huge milestone for the brand, and a definitive signal that the concept is here to stay. Pretty much all new locations now include wings, it’s a natural evolution for the brand.”
Indeed, Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings offers classic and boneless wings with nine incredible sauces, either a la carte or in a combo deal with fries and a drink. And, we recently added ice cream to our menu, with ice cream cones, shakes, and sundaes, with all kinds of delicious toppings. By keeping our menu limited to classics such as wings, cheesesteaks, and ice cream, our business model is simple to operate and gives customers what they want.
“Adding wings to our menu has been a key driver in same-store sales,” founder Charley Shin says. “We want to broaden our appeal and increase customer frequency.
